Milling Department

Our milling center is staffed by experienced engineers and dental technicians who monitor scanning, designing and milling processes. High quality dental restorations are fabricated from both plaster and scan models using standard manufacturing practices. All restorations undergo strict quality control. Each individual coping or bridge frame designed with porcelain support in mind. No short cuts are accepted nor tolerated. Minimum thickness of material is maintained throughout the process, thus to insure the strength and longevity of the restoration.

Our Milling Department possesses 5-axis milling machines. 5-axis milling ensures that all angles and surfaces of a restoration are milled precisely according to specifications.

Quality Control

The quality control teal subjects each restoration to strictest quality control in each step in the fabrication process to ensure that end-result meets specified requirements.
