How it works
For this program to work patient and a dentist must meet following requirements:
- In order to participate in “Keep Your Smile White 4 Life” program, consumer must be a patient of record in your office.
- In order to participate in “Keep Your Smile White 4or Life” program, patient must pay for oral exam and necessary x-rays.
- In order to participate in “Keep Your Smile White 4 Life” program, patient must be seen by a dentist a minimum once in four (4) month.
- During patient’s initial visit, dentist will provide Complete Professional Teeth Whitening Kit Free of Charge.
- During each consequential visit patient will receive a refill of three syringes filled with 22% Carbomide Peroxide at absolutely No Cost to the patient. During 12 month period patient will receive enough teeth whitening product to keep their teeth white continually for the whole year.
- Each year patient is free to renew or cancel this program.
This program is Win-Win situation for both patient and a dentist.
Patient is given a piece of mind and a comfort knowing that his or her whitening process is being monitored by a dental professional, while they saving money on the actual cost of the product. Furthermore, patient does not have a need to go through a trial and error process when selecting the RIGHT product for their teeth whitening needs. You’ve selected this product for them.
